Lawrence A. Friedman - President & CEO

Larry was appointed President of Bader Company in April 2009 and in December 2009 the Board added the title of Chief Executive Officer. From April 2005 through March 2008 Larry served as a Managing Director with Bear Stearns Companies in NYC. In that capacity he assisted the Max Recovery/eCast business in expanding its operations into Germany, France, Australia and Hong Kong.

David Doerner, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

David Doerner joined Bader Company as Controller in 2005 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2008. In his capacity as CFO, Doerner oversees the accounting and information systems functions. He reports to the President and Board of Directors. He has extensive background implementing systems to enable, manage and control growth in both large and small companies. He earned his CPA designation after receiving his BS in Accounting from Indiana University.

Maureen Lee - Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Maureen Lee joined Bader Company in 2005 as the Executive Assistant to then-President, Robert Bader and was promoted to Vice President & Chief Operating Officer in 2009. In her capacity as Vice President she assists the President, Lawrence Friedman in implementing new systems, refining current processes and managing existing business portfolios. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Butler University.

Amy Sobiski - Claims Manager

Amy oversees our Claims Department and Customer Service teams. She joined Bader Company in 2003 with experience and knowledge in the insurance industry, including a background in Special Investigation of claims. She previously managed our Policy Services area for 2 years and has been Claims Manager at Bader Company for 4 years. Amy attended Indiana University Southeast, is a licensed Adjuster and also holds an Indiana Property and Casualty Agent’s license.

John Swift - Director, Business Development

John, reporting to the President, is responsible for all sales and product management activities of Bader’s Renters Insurance program. Originally hired as an Account Executive in July 2009, he was promoted to Director, Business Development in November 2009. John has nearly 20 years of insurance sales and product management experience through the affiliate organizations of Securian, JPMorgan Chase, and American International Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University.
Janet Zinn

Janet Khalil, CPA - Controller

Janet joined Bader Company in 2005. She earned her BSBA from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania and her CPA license while working in Washington D.C. She manages the Accounting Department and has over 20 years experience in Accounting and IT in various industries.

Jeff Cook - IT Manager

Jeff joined Bader Company in 2005. He has extensive experience with network administration and application development. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University.

Tiffany Smith - Director Human Resources

Tiffany joined Bader Company in 2005 and has nearly seven years of progressive human resources experience. She earned her PHR Certification after receiving her BS in Human Resources Management from Ball State University. She is a Member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Regina Carpenter

Regina Carpenter - Administrative Services Manager

Regina has been with Bader Company since 2001. Regina started in the mailroom at Bader Company as a mail processor and has recently been promoted to Administrative Services Manager. As the Administrative Services Manager she is responsible for ensuring that new operators are set up, policies are issued and that clients receive marketing materials.
