This is a pay-as-you-go, monthly renewable coverage. Your coverage continues as long as you pay your monthly premium. If you terminate your
lease and move out, coverage stops when you move out.
If you wish to cancel your renter’s insurance on your apartment when you move out, please send Bader Company a written request of cancellation or call our customer service department directly at 1-888-223-3726, Option 1, Option 2.
