Bob Bader - Founder and Chairman of the Board

Bob has mass-marketed insurance products since 1973. He has experience in the Credit Union, Rent-to-Own, Self Storage, Multifamily, and Retail industries. He earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance and a BA in Economics, both from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. Bob also spent 3 years on active duty as an Army Finance Officer.

Ray Sakowski

Ray joined Bader in 2002 after 10 years with Assurant Group in Miami, FL. Prior to that, he was with Voyager Insurance, which became part of American Bankers Insurance Group in Miami, Florida, (one of the two leading U.S. credit-related insurers,) which was then combined with American Security Group to form Assurant Group.

Toni Bader

Toni joined the firm in 1998 after nine years with Borders Book Shop, where she worked five years as the local Public Relations Director. Prior to that, she spent more than 20 years marketing and fund-raising for non-profit organizations. She holds a BA in Spanish from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Cindy Randolph

Cindy joined Bader Company in 1987, with extensive experience in personal lines from Allstate and Great American Insurance Companies. She is a licensed Property and Casualty Agent, with a background in underwriting and operations. She ensures that the Bader Company expertise focuses on client needs.

Mike Gilbert

Mike joined the Commercial Sales staff in 2002 after more than 29 years with Factory Mutual, most recently in the Chicago area. He has extensive knowledge of underwriting and has grown the Bader commercial division threefold in two years. He oversees both divisions of our sales department: Self Storage (tenant and commercial) and Multifamily (apartment renters insurance programs.) He holds a BS from Purdue University.

Darrell J. Gambero

Darrell joined FIMC in December 2007 as an Executive Board Member. Named FIMC’s President in May 2008, Darrell has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining FIMC, he spent 7 years as President and CEO of Citi Assurance Services, a subsidiary of Citigroup, overseeing all of Citi’s North American consumer insurances including its debt protection programs. Darrell spent 20 years with Assurant Group (formerly American Bankers Insurance Group) where he held a number of business head positions, including co-chief marketing officer of Assurant group. Darrell also held the title of President of American Bankers Life Assurance Company, Union Security Life Insurance Company and President and CEO of Voyager Insurance Companies.

Darrell is married with three children and two grand children. He has residences in both Sarasota, FL and Dallas, TX. Darrell received his Masters in Business Administration from Barry University.

Timothy E. Stapleford

Timothy E. Stapleford is a Managing Director of JPMorgan, and President and Chief Executive Officer of eCAST Settlement Corp., Max Recovery Ltd. (U.K.), Max Recovery Canada, and Max Recovery Australia Pty Ltd., wholly-owned subsidiaries specializing in distressed debt purchase and portfolio management. Mr. Stapleford has over 20 years of experience working with financial institutions in portfolio acquisitions and divestitures, structured transactions and capital markets activities. Prior to joining Bear Stearns in 1993, Mr. Stapleford worked for 8 years at Merrill Lynch in the firm’s investment banking and capital markets areas. He attended Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania on an Army R.O.T.C. scholarship, and received his M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University in New York. He lives in Garden City, New York with his wife and five children.
