Maureen Lee - President
Maureen Lee joined Bader Company in 2005 and worked her way up to Vice President & Chief Operating Officer by 2009. Having been promoted to President in May 2011 by the Board of Directors, Maureen looks forward to Bader Company's bright future. She will be working to implement cutting edge technology and innovative marketing strategies to raise the standards for the entire industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Butler University.
Amy Sobiski - Vice President/Chief Operations Officer
Amy joined Bader Company in 2003 with extensive experience and knowledge in the insurance industry, including a background in Special Investigation of claims. She previously managed our Policy Services area for 2 years and was Claims Manager at Bader Company for 5 years before being promoted to Vice President and Chief Operations Officer where she will work closely with CEO Ray Sakowski, President Maureen Lee and the rest of the Bader Team to increase revenue and drive employee satisfaction. Amy attended Indiana University Southeast, holds an Indiana Property and Casualty license and is a licensed adjuster in 21 states.
Josh Nicholson - National Sales Director
Responsible for client acquisition, retention and growth for Bader's product line, National Sales Director Joshua Nicholson came to Bader as an Account Executive in October of 2010. He brought with him considerable leadership experience in the financial services industry including a proven track record of training and developing employees to reach the highest levels possible in their field. Since his promotion in July 2011, Josh has been working closely with all departments to increase Bader's market share by improving our client service model, increasing awareness among our product lines, and creating unique solutions to meet our clients' needs. Josh holds Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Religion from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN.
Timothy Parnell - Marketing Director
Timothy Parnell joined Bader Company in June of 2010 as an Account Manager after serving with the nation's largest provider of health care benefits for over twenty years. Having proven himself as an Account Manager in the Renters program by developing strong customer relations and retention as well as high growth percentage, Tim was promoted to Marketing Director in July of 2011.
As Marketing Director Tim works closely with the Sales Director, Account Executives and Sales Support Staff to promote the best in customer service and satisfaction. He also creates innovative campaigns for Bader Company's ever-expanding product lines and provides training and development to support staff in marketing and relationship building. Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.
Tiffany Smith - Human Resources Manager
Tiffany joined Bader Company in 2005 and has over eight years of progressive human resources experience. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Ball State University, and earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification thereafter. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
As the HR leader, Tiffany’s mission is to ensure that staff members are trained, developed, empowered, and motivated to contribute to the Company’s overall success and growth. She is dedicated to treating each staff member with the highest quality of customer service delivered with integrity, respect, friendliness and Company spirit.
Jon Padgett - Compliance Manager
Jon Padgett joined the Bader team as Compliance Manager in June of 2011. Using the knowledge and experience that he has gained in over eleven years of underwriting, compliance and license management, Jon is leading the compliance department in licensing and maintaining licenses for all clients and operators as well as Bader’s team of in house producers and adjusters. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Purdue University.
Richard Santangelo - Claims Manager
Richard Santangelo began his career with Bader Company in August of 2011 as Claims Manager. With twenty five years experience in claims adjusting and claims management, Rick uses his considerable experience to develop the claims processing and adjusting staffs to implement process improvements, maximize output, and reduce risk. Rick is working to improve the work flow communication and to establish innovative training courses for the entire claims department. A US Army Veteran, Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts from Widener University
Janet Khalil, CPA - Controller
Janet joined Bader Company in 2005. She earned her BSBA from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania and her CPA license while working in Washington D.C. She manages the Accounting Department and has over 20 years experience in Accounting and IT in various industries.
Jeff Cook - IT Manager
Jeff joined Bader Company in 2005. He has extensive experience with network administration and application development. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University.
Jean Carpenter - Policy Services Manager
Regina has been with Bader Company since 2001. Regina started in the mailroom at Bader Company as a mail processor and has recently been promoted to Policy Services Manager. As the Policy Services Manager she is responsible for ensuring that new operators are set up, policies are issued and that clients receive marketing materials.
